因为我的gmail有绑在QQ邮箱上，所以平常通过手机都能看到邮件。周末的时候收到一条免费ru域名官方发来的邮件，前半部分是俄语，手机上显示的是有规则的符号乱码，后半部分英语，看了个半懂不懂，估计着免费午餐是要到头了，不过后来也忘记这事了。这会在土鸡博客上看到才想起来，转发过来。

经过在RIPN官网和新RU米维护商nic.ru页面确认此消息，在nic.ru官网得到了一则比较完整的新闻通告，全文如下：

About .NET.RU, .ORG.RU and .PP.RU Domains Maintenance Transfer

RIPN, as NET.RU, ORG.RU, PP.RU domains sponsor, intends to transfer the registration and support business of third level domains .NET.RU, .ORG.RU and .PP.RU to RU-CENTER on December 27, 2010. The company’s choice was, first of all, triggered by the fact, that it is RU-CENTER who has maintained third level domains .NET.RU, .ORG.RU and .PP.RU for the recent 5 years.

Support of third level domains .COM.RU, accessed via RIPN web interface, will also be transferred to RU-CENTER like .NET.RU, .ORG.RU and .PP.RU domains.

Please, note that registration of .COM.RU domains will be available from spring 2011.

The authorization details to manage domains though RU-CENTER web-interface will be sent to all registrants of .NET.RU, .ORG.RU, .PP.RU and .COM.RU domains to the contact emails, which were specified for individuals or legal entities. To gain an access, a registrant will be suggested to conclude the Service Agreement with RU-CENTER.

The registration of third level domains .NET.RU, .ORG.RU and .PP.RU through RIPN will stop on December 20, 2010 and resume in RU-CENTER web-interface on December 27, 2010, on payment terms. In this case, the number of requests will be unlimited.

Registration fee of .NET.RU, .ORG.RU, .PP.RU and .COM.RU domains amounts to 450 rub. a year. Renewal fee is 360 rub. a year.

大致意思是说RIPN准备于2010.12.27将.NET.RU, .ORG.RU and .PP.RU的所有注册及支持转移到RU-CENTER（即nic.ru)，因为RU-CENTER已经维护了五年的.NET.RU, .ORG.RU and .PP.RU。同样在RIPN关闭注册的.COM.RU相关支持也将转移到RU-CENTER，并将于2011年的春天开放注册（收费）。

.NET.RU, .ORG.RU 和 .PP.RU具体将于2010.12.20在RIPN停止注册，并在2010.12.27在nic.ru恢复注册，届时所有RU后缀新注册费用是450卢布，续费360卢布（多少人民币大家自己换算）。

关于已持有域名的转移在RIPN官方给出了域名转移指导页给出了两种情况，一种是域名管理跟RIPN签了注册合同，另一种是没签注册合同，但是我们注册时并没有跟老毛子立什么合同（转移说明书所提到的N___________/ROS-RU），翻遍了RIPN也没看到关于这方面的页面（如果有欢迎同学们回复更正），所以我觉得我们应该使用以下操作条款：

1.1.2. You transfer your domain names support from RIPN to RU-NIC. You remain an Administrator (owner) of your domain names. You do not have the Agreement with RIPN.
You should conclude the Agreement with RU-NIC if You do not have it.

Letter 1. To RIPN
from organization (HTML;  RTF)
from individual (HTML;  RTF)

Letter 2. To RU-NIC

from organization (HTML;  RTF)
from individual (HTML;  RTF)

首先要去NIC签域名协议，分为个人和组织两种，由于转移适用于域名管理员不变更的情况（Domain names transfer without domain names Administrator (owner) change），所以你原来用组织号注册的米就选组织，个人号就选个人，至于协议怎么签，传真？邮件？大家可以研究下，如果说真的如果真得手签或者传真这种协议能杯具不少人，然后应该是按他所规定的To RIPN和To RU-NIC格式分别给NIC.RU发信，RIPN已经授权RU-CENTER处理所有RU米的技术支持，具体联系方式请访问http://www.nic.ru/about/en/contact_ncc.html，还有需要注意的是组织的申请转移文件必须加盖公章，有需要授权书的提供授权书，个人则必须亲笔签名并同时提供个人身份证扫描，具体大家请参照http://www.ripn.net/nic/dns/en/let_rul.html。

转来转去，看的我晕晕的，如果真的要这么折腾，RU米全部收费是早晚的事，用RU做站的兄弟们还是趁早把网站转移新米吧，转到NIC.RU的结果只能是折腾永无止境！
